For those thast want to run it on a Windows server, getting it set up is quite complicated, but not impossible. This is because getting Joomla, PHP and mysql all to play nicely in IIS is quite a chore. This is the first in a series of 3 tutorials that will get you running Joomla on Windows with Internet Information Server (IIS) in under an hour.
