Marjaraasana – For Sound Physical And Mental Health
Yoga today is all the rage. It is a subject that excites people’s curiosity and enjoys much popularity. This is especially so since the asanas (exercises) and pranayamas (breathing techniques) that owe their origins to ancient Indian wisdom have proved beneficial in promoting holistic health and mental peace as also in developing personality. In this article we will discuss Marjaraasana – the cat pose.
Process: Sit on your haunches with the knees and toes on the ground. Keep the palms on the floor in such a way that the distance between them is about the same as that between the shoulders, i.e. equal to the width of the back. Keep the distance between the palms and the knees about the same as that between the shoulders and the hips, i.e. equal to the length of the torso. The distance between the knees should be the same as the width of the waist. Turn the toes back so that the soles face upward. The distance between the soles should be the same as that between the knees. Relax the muscles in the trunk region and let the trunk descend under gravity. At the same time, let the neck and head curve backward as far as possible. Relax the stomach and close the eyes. Direct your attention to the entire body and practise conscious differential relaxation. Keep the mind engaged in pranadharana (consciousness of breath). This is the final posture of marjaraasana –maintain it according to capacity.
An extension of the above posture can be attained in the following manner: staying in the final posture obtained above, open your eyes. Move the palms about 10-15 cms towards the knees. Curve the back upwards so that it shapes like an arch. Relax the neck and hang the head down. Draw the chin towards the chest and relax the abdomen, practice differential relaxation and then do prandharana. This is the final extension posture of marjaraasana- maintain it according to capacity.
Releasing the asana: Start by lowering the right leg by bending it at the knee, then rest the knee on the floor. Lower the head and make the back parallel to the ground, loosen it up and relax.
Benefits: The spine becomes flexible and supple; it helps to correct the functional defects of the back and spine. The health of the organs in the torso improves. You are relieved of backache and pain in the neck resulting from exertion. It also soothes the neck muscles and the lumbar region of the spine and invigorates the spinal nerves, improves blood circulation in the abdominal region thereby making digestive, respiratory and excretory processes. This asana is also useful in treating respiratory disorders.
Warning: The reader of this article should exercise all precautions before following any of the asanas from this article and the site. To avoid any problems while doing the asanas, it is advised that you consult a doctor and a yoga instructor. The responsibility lies solely with the reader and not with the site or the writer.
Web Designing Company Design Your Dream Site
A website can really help a business grow. You must remember that your website is simply not a shopping cart. If you just put up your products on display in a website, sale will not increase. Lots of foreground and background tasks envelop the whole process of web development.
It is always better to take the help of a comprehensive web designing company. It is neither viable nor profitable to opt for a professional service that is incomplete. For an individual or a corporate company a web-designing house would offer solutions like logo designing, home page designing, HTML of internal pages, short duration flash intro to the page, and back end support for a few months (i.e. AMC).
However, not every web designing company is proficient in making their clients happy. Not everyone can implement the SEO or Search Engine Optimization process successfully. Still, the marketing gimmicks are such that the clients feel they are in safe hands. Ultimately, if the web site does not help in developing the business for the client then it is practically useless.
In addition, a web designing company also helps in catering to the e-commerce solutions. A comprehensive e-commerce package would include the likes of: listing of the products in the site, upload of the image, details of the product, shopping cart, product search and providing admin support to the manage site (CMS implementation).
While searching for the perfect solution to your business needs one of the major hindrances is the reliability of the company. A client in Australia would be a trifle skeptical of an unknown web designing company in United States of America. The feedback from the clientele is an integral part in building up the credibility aspect of the company. Additionally, the web-designing house should also possess some certification from a renowned institution. Testimonials from the clients also serve an important purpose in achieving the desired trustworthiness.
E-commerce or any other service needs constant monitoring and updates otherwise sales would dip. Moreover, it needs a proper consulting service to provide the information of the new products to the viewers (i.e. target audience).
With so many ‘phishing’ sites on the prey Internet is truly a place of vulnerability. Virus, Trojans, Worms, Hackers: there is a gamut of threats loitering over the virtual world of the World Wide Web. Ordinary encryption method is easily decipherable. Transit of confidential information over Internet does not remain too private result so many frauds and conduits. However, encrypting the service with SSL technology helps limiting these threats. Still, among the crowd, not everyone provides the best of the solution. In case you are lost, the right web designing company also provides you with comparison of the best brands in the security business.

21 Tactics To Increase Blog Traffic
A considerable portion of my consulting time has recently revolved around the optmization of corporate blogs (or the addition of blogs to revamped sites). The most common pieces of advice are here on the blog :
<p>
<b>Choose the Right Blog Software</b>
The right blog CMS makes a big difference. If you want to set yourself apart, I recommend creating a custom blog solution – one that can be completely customized to your users. In most cases, WordPress, Blogger, MovableType or Typepad will suffice, but building from scratch allows you to be very creative with functionality and formatting. The best CMS is something that’s easy for the writer(s) to use and brings together the features that allow the blog to flourish. Think about how you want comments, archiving, sub-pages, categorization, multiple feeds and user accounts to operate in order to narrow down your choices. OpenSourceCMS is a very good tool to help you select a software if you go that route.<br>
<b>Tag Your Content</b>
Technorati is the first place that you should be tagging posts. I actually recommend having the tags right on your page, pointing to the Technorati searches that you’re targeting. There are other good places to ping – del.icio.us and Flickr being the two most obvious (the only other one is Blogmarks, which is much smaller). Tagging content can also be valuable to help give you a "bump" towards getting traffic from big sites like Reddit, Digg & StumbleUpon (which requires that you download the toolbar, but trust me – it’s worth it). You DO NOT want to submit every post to these sites, but that one out of twenty is worth your while.</p>

Keep your Colon Clean With Enemas. See the Benefits and Learn About Coffee Enemas
What are enemas used for?
Enemas are used to (partially) remove faeces from the rectum, sigmoid and, to some extent, from the descending colon. They help discharge parasites and get rid of drug residue.
Skin conditions can sometimes be bettered after a series of enemas. Patients with headaches and migraines may also benefit.
The Gerson therapy claims that by detoxifying the liver, a coffee enema can help with cancer (see below)
What reactions can be expected?
As the body detoxifies, the patient may feel a relief from depression and feel more relaxed. Allergy related symptoms may disappear, pain may subside.
As part of a healing crisis, the patient may suffer increased flatulence and gas. In some rare cases, some of the bile may go up in the stomach, through the pyloric sphincter, and cause some nausea. Vomiting, although rare, may occur. If this happens, it is important to frequently drink copious amounts of peppermint tea to excrete the bile from the stomach. Some Reiki or other healing over the sensitive area will also help.
When a healing crisis occurs, it is a sign that the liver is detoxifying and the frequency of the enemas should be increased. If in doubt as to what to do, consult a qualified therapist.
Is it safe?
Prior to using an enema, you should first consult a metabolic therapist to make sure that there are no intestinal blockages or contra-indications.
Enemas are used in most “Alternative Therapy” clinics in the United States and Mexico. Coffee enemas are, arguably, the best way to detoxify the liver without the harmful use of strong chemicals. The Gerson therapy makes extensive use of enemas, recommending that they should be administered every four hours or more in certain cases.
A qualified therapist should always be consulted for advice when a patient has had chemotherapy treatment or colostomy.
The different positions
There are many positions that can be used when receiving an enema.
1- Lying on the right side knees bent up
2- Lying on the left side knees bent up
3- Head down and backside up
4- On your back
What should you do during an Enema Cleanse?
Drink more water. It is essential for everyone to drink at least 6 to 8 glasses of water every day. Dehydration is a major cause of constipation and bowel problems. You don’t have to be thirsty to be dehydrated. Water is needed to CLEAN OUT TOXINS.
How often can you take an enema?
It is important to know that enemas do not weaken the intestines but strengthens them. They will encourage the peristaltic movement (movement of food in the intestines).
In some Natural cure hospitals,, enemas are recommended several times a day on a daily basis. However, if you are healthy an enema can be safely taken once or twice a week without problem. If in doubt as to how often you can take an enema, please consult your therapist.
The equipment needed to receive an enema
I would recommend a 1 litre enema bucket to start with. Once used to enemas, you may want to use a 2 litre bucket.
At the beginning, and sometimes unexpectedly, an enema can be messy and unattractively redecorate your room. It is therefore important to be prepared for the unexpected. A waterproof, floor or covering of some type should be used to lie on. This can in turn be covered with an old blanket or towel.
Comfort is important, as the treatment will last about 15 to 20 minutes. During the enema, you may read, watch TV, listen to the radio or do whatever you believe you can do with a tube sticking out of your bottom.
Special equipment as follows is needed:
* A waterproof covering or surface
* A blanket or other covering for warmth
* A pillow to support your head
* A roll of absorbent tissues for spillage or to clean up waste
* Vaseline or KY Jelly to lubricate the end of the tube
* A special enema bucket with a tube outlet
* A catheter tube for insertion in the anus
* A fine mesh sieve for the coffee enema
* A platform on which to rest the bucket. This should be about 40 to 50 centimetres higher than the patient but not much more
* A stainless steel pan to heat the water
* A watch to keep track of time
The process
* In a clean enema bucket, add whatever herbs, natural product etc. you are going to use
* Make sure the mixture is at body temperature (100-102 Fahrenheit or 37-38 Celsius)
* Open the tube and run a little bit of the liquid to get rid of the residual air. Close the tube again
* Go to the place where you are going to receive the enema
* Place the bucket 40-50 cms above you
* Lubricate the end of the catheter tube with some Vaseline, KY jelly or saliva.
* For coffee enemas It is best to lie on your right side to help the absorption of the enema mixture through the haemorrhoidal and portal veins. However, it is also fine to lie on the left side or on your front, whatever position you feel comfortable.
* Slightly bend your knees towards your abdomen
* Insert about 5 to 8 cms of the tube into your rectum (it is important not to insert too much of the tube as otherwise you may damage the fine membranes in your rectum or sigmoid colon)
* Open the tube and let the “enema mixture” flow in
* Keep the tube open and connected to the bucket during the treatment. Whilst the mixture is in your intestines, you may feel some pressure and gas. An open tube will allow this pressure to be released.
* The bucket should empty in about 2-3 minutes.
* Retain the enema for a further 15 – 20 minutes.
* Go to the toilet and excrete the mixture
* Keep your equipment clean. Wash it after each use with a good biodegradable product such as Ecover washing up liquid. Use a 6% hydrogen peroxide solution to thoroughly clean the equipment.
It is a good idea when receiving the enema to massage your abdomen in a counter clockwise motion. This will help the enema mixture to move higher up into the colon.
When expelling the enema, it is a good idea to massage your abdomen in a clockwise motion to help the mixture come out of your colon. Bringing your knees up and squatting when expelling the enema will also help.
Coffee Enemas – what are they for?
* Detoxifies the liver/gallbladder
* It opens the bile ducts
* Produces enzyme activity for oxygen uptake and helps the formation of red blood cells
* To some extent flushes deposits from the large intestines
* Increases the movement of food through the intestines (peristaltic movement)
* Stimulates the digestive tracts
* Believed by Dr Max Gerson (of the Gerson therapy) that by detoxifying the liver and gall bladder, coffee enemas could help the health of cancer patients.
* Releases toxins and helps control pain
Recipe
* In a clean stainless steel saucepan, boil 1 litre (about 1 quart) of distilled or filtered water
* Gradually add 3 level tablespoons of the best organic ground coffee you can buy.
* Boil for 5 further minutes uncovered
* Cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
* Turn off the heat
* Sieve the mixture in the enema bucket (making sure the tube coming off it is closed).
* The enema will be ready to use when the temperature goes down to body temperature (100-102 Fahrenheit or 37-38 Celsius)
Make sure to breathe deeply during the whole treatment to help the absorption of coffee
Note: Nowadays, I only boil half the water I need for the coffee enema and top it up with cold filtered water. This saves me some of the “cooling down time”.
Note: Coffee enemas are best taken in the morning.

Citizen journalism and the use of the thesaurus
A citizen journalist should always have a thesaurus on hand when writing. Using the perfect word or words when creating upbeat and engaging sentences is crucial to good writing. The thesaurus is a blessing for finding an exhaustive list of synonyms to match the word you want to change. It is important to know how to use a thesaurus and why you should always follow up with a dictionary.
How to use a thesaurus
In order to demonstrate how to use a thesaurus, take a look at the online version, www.thesaurus.com. In the search bar, type the word “important” and click search. Eighty-six results appear for this word. Now we have to sift through these results to find the correct word to use.
For example, my sentence is “It’s important for a citizen journalist to use a thesaurus.” To me, this is a generic and very basic sentence. There’s nothing wrong with writing a simple statement, but let’s try to liven it up a bit. Scroll down the page of results and look at what choices we have. Under the main entry word, the part of speech is given. This is extremely significant to pay attention to and make sure you’re replacing a noun with a noun or an adjective with an adjective.
Since we’re looking for another word to replace “important” in the sentence, go through each word to find what we’re looking for. The first synonym is “big,” but that’s not going to make much sense in this context. The next word that can be used is “crucial.” Click on the word “crucial” and you’ll see a list of synonyms that relate to that word. Notice that even though “crucial” also means “important,” there are different synonyms listed for “crucial” than listed under the term “important.”
Scroll up to the top of the page, notice that the word “crucial” is in the search bar. Under the word, there is a “Dictionary” tab. Click it. You are automatically connected to the dictionary definition of the term “crucial.” Scroll down for the five results. The definitions include “involving an extremely important decision or result.”* This is the perfect word to use.
Sounds like a lot of work, right? At first, it is. As you develop a habit of using the thesaurus and dictionary to create your writings, you’ll find that it gets easier each time. If you are a citizen journalist, you need to develop a relationship with the thesaurus and dictionary. As you learn new words, you’ll consult the thesaurus and dictionary less often. Remember that the use of a variety of words, even though they have the same meaning, is “crucial” for great writing.

Sometimes you will need different strategy to promote your website example lawyer website, insurance agent site. Generally personal website require less effort than commercial website to promote. If your website are static it is easy to promote on the all search engine but if you have dynamic or cms based site it is tough to promote. Try to choose simple website design so it is easy to use for the customer to understand and use your services.
Â
I have listed some important points that I have used and find it very helpful in web promotion for personal site.
Â
1) Website design: – website design should have easy GUI. Choose better color combination that appeal to business but don’t try heavy color.
Â
2) Url: give internal page name on the basis of Keyword or services of your website or company. It will be helpful in getting good ranking on the search engine.
Â
3) Content: – give precise and clear information about your product and services. It will be helpful in winning the customer favors. It is helpful in retaining the customer.
Â
4) Load time: – website should have fast loading time because it will give bad experience to your user regarding your company. Many times we loose the customer due to slow load time. Try to host your website on 24/7 international hosting services.
Â
Easy Navigation: – Try to keep internal pages within 2-3 clicks from home page. Make internal page name according to services name.
The Medicare Appeal Form Process
The Medicare program is provided by the USA Government. To be eligible for coverage, American citizens and permanent residents must be at least 65 years old. For individuals to qualify before 65, certain requirements must be met.
If you wish to challenge or appeal a Medicare denial claim, there is a Medicare form for every step of the way. You can see a summary of the available forms listd below. Rules can change quickly, so please consult with a Medicare professional before taking any action on your claim.
One commonly-disputed Medicare claim is denial of coverage. If you receive the always dreaded Medicare form CMS-10003-NDMC saying that your claim was denied, you have the right to challenge it. The standard appeal period of 30 days can be lessened to 72 hours if the longer interval would cause serious harm to the applicant.
The denial of payment form is issued to notify medical providers that they won’t be paid for services already provided. The provider has 60 days to appeal the decision on Medicare form CMS-10003-NDP.
A hearing can be requested by completing Medicare form CMS-1965. During the hearing, an individual can fight the results of his or her Medicare claim as determined by the insurance carrier.
Form CMS-1696 is completed for the appointment of a representative at the hearing. The Medicare beneficiary can appoint a person to be his representative at the hearing. The representative must indicate her acceptance on the Medicare form.
A Medicare hearing by an Administrative Law Judge can be requested via special form CMS-20034A/B. This form is for use by a party to a reconsideration determination issued by a Qualified Independent Contractor (QIC). Furthermore, the challenged amount must be $100 or greater.
If you don’t like the decision of your appeal claim, utilize Medicare form CMS-20027 to request a redetermination of the way your appeal was decided. Any more evidence can be added with the Medicare form.
You can transfer your appeal rights for an item or service to your health care provider with Medicare form CMS-20031. A claim will be filed on your behalf by the medical provider. Keep in mind that if your medical provider accepts your appeal rights, it can’t bill you for this item or service (with reasonable exceptions) even if Medicare will not pay the claim.
Finally, if you want Medicare to reconsider the outcome of the appeal, file Medicare form CMS-20033. This process involves a reconsideration of the redetermination of your claim appeal.
If you have reached this point in the Medicare appeals process, you have probably devoted half a room of your house to the storage of processed Medicare forms. To determine the proper filing method, there is probably a Medicare form for that also!
SEO Paradigm For 2006?
It is now two months since we started to regroup our efforts in contemporary SEO strategies. A real estate start-up was taken as the guinea pig for the exploration of our new SEO techniques – and with staggering early results. As one can imagine, a huge uplift in the site hits of a property company is worth a awful lot of money.
The site is still only four months old and therefore in the pending tray of Google’s, and to some extent Yahoo’s ’sandbox’. Still, the strategies we have employed this year has seen site traffic quintupled, after taking advice garnered from a raft of sources, especially SitePro News and ProBlogger.
The days of organic submissions are still with us but those of reciprocals, unless of specific benefit, are moribund – thankfully. Our latest methods have been passed on to our partners in the UK, Strategy Consulting, and they have been integrated into their new year’s marketing efforts.
What we did was to install WordPress as a seamless addition to the website, fill it with highly relevant copy, with Technorati trackbacks, register all of its pages with Google Sitemap and ping a hundred or more news aggregators. Blogcrawler now dominates the referrers list.
Alongside the on-site blogs, we saw that a certain blogspot was appearing above many of the established estate agents in Bangkok. We therefore researched (via Overture) all the property-related keywords and set up blogs with Blogspot for each, slightly amending the on-site copy – so as not to get blacklisted – and optimised the selected keywords, linked them all together with them all pointing to the website. Now, when searching for ‘tenancy management bangkok’ the site completely dominates the stage: the website plus blogs are #1-14 on MSN. As the site does not reciprocate, they now have twenty quality inbounds, helping the site’s real keywords to succeed.
Another helpful addition is article writing for sites having high PR. They seem to burn and fade very quickly from the search engine’s perspective, but very still a valuable part of our strategy.
So, in 2006, we can now offer our clients a five-pronged assault on the majors: quality, well-researched SEO on url, title, metas, alts, content and outbounds; relevant one-way, high PR link building; on-site blogging, thus elevating PR, building relevant content and auto-pinging RSS feeds; intelligent registration of keywords on Blogspot with specifically-crafted copy, with headline and alt tagging key phrases, linking them all together with links into the main site; last but not least, writing atricles for sites such as this to get feedback from experts to further enhance the strength of these strategies.
Now, we can also offer small companies templated but effective CMS solutions through WordPress for $250.
But how to relate this information to clients outside of demonstrating results?
